One priority of the ESF is to boost the adaptability of workers with new skills, and enterprises with new ways of working.

Sofico currently has an internal project running around sustainable career policies with support from the ESF.

The project consists of various parts:

  1. Evaluation and optimization of the selection & recruitment process
  2. Curriculum based learning & mentoring of new starters
  3. Mobility / ergonomics
  4. Roles and responsibilities: mainly in team work & career coaching
  5.  Competency management
