Jr Business Developer

Your main responsibilities will be


Sofico is already more than 30 years the partner of all major car manufacturers and leading leasing companies, who are using our leading solution for leasing, automotive finance, fleet- and mobility management.


As a leading solution provider in our market, we want to expand our business.


As a Jr. Business Developer within Sofico you will be part of a dynamic team that sells and promotes our product Miles to the finance houses of all major car manufacturers, leading auto leasing companies and mobility providers.

You will increase our market share by supporting our Sr. Business Developer through intense prospection and by identifying business opportunities.  You will establish contacts with prospects and will arrange meetings for the Sr. Business Developer.   You will also visit customers or assist in visits, conferences, fairs, networking events…

Together with all the business development teams around the globe, you are responsible for the inside sales process such as RFI, RFQ, contract negotiations….  You will have regularly contact with customers during this process and will keep all teammembers updated. These responsibilities will prepare you to take on a more senior role in the future, where you will also visit prospects and lead the sales process.

Your interests and skills

  • You are service-minded, like prospection and networking.
  • You have a first experience in (inside) sales, preferably in banking – insurance – automotive finance and would like to grow into an outside sales role.
  • A higher education in an economical – languages – financial direction would be preferred.
  • You can work very independently, are hands-on, are a real entrepreneur.
  • You take the lead in the inside sales process and communication.
  • Loyalty, integrity and teamwork are very important to you.
  • You are obliged to travel.
  • You are fluent in English and in German. Any other European language such as Dutch, French, Spanish or Italian is an asset.
  • We expect you to cooperate closely with the internal teams in Belgium and abroad.
  • You are able to handle pressure and work proactively.
