You will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary unit, responsible for the full range of services towards our customers in the UK. This includes implementation projects, customer & core software enhancements, post go live support, account management. You will be based in the UK, but will also work on projects abroad.
Your role will primarily encompass supporting our existing customers in their use of our software and also implementing our system for new customers.
In your support role, you are the focal point towards the customer. You will handle the ticket intake; analyse the problem, ask the customer the appropriate questions in order to qualify the issue and assign it within the organisation. You will follow up the progress, monitor the planning and inform the customer about the status on a regular basis. You will inform the customers about general matters.
As Business Consultant you will be involved in software implementation projects. You will help our customers think about their present and future situation and facilitate the optimization of business processes and improve operational efficiencies. You will translate requirements into functional analyses and internally follow up developments, perform tests and implement the roll out of new developments.
